Why we built it

Most businesses already have the answers on their website. The delivery time is on the shipping page, the price is on the product page, the return window is in the policy. Customers still ask — because they will not read six pages to find one sentence, and because they ask at eleven at night when nobody is at the desk.

The usual fix is a chatbot with a decision tree, which frustrates people, or a general AI model, which confidently invents a delivery time that was never true. Neither is acceptable when a wrong answer costs you a sale or a refund argument. So we built the narrow version: it reads your pages, it answers from them, and when the answer is not there it says so and gets you.

What we refuse to do

These are product decisions, not marketing lines. They cost us features and we keep them anyway.

• It does not invent prices. If a number is not on a page we read, the assistant will not produce one. A made-up price is worse than no answer.
• It does not pretend to be human. When a question needs a person, it hands over instead of stalling.
• Your answers win. Anything you write yourself overrides whatever the model would have said. You stay in control of what your business tells customers.
• Your content stays yours. We read your site to answer your customers. See the privacy policy for what we store and for how long.

How we work

Support is answered by people who work on the product, not a ticket queue — write to us and you will get a straight answer, usually within two business days. We publish our refund and cancellation terms in plain language and we do not make cancelling difficult: it is a button in your dashboard.

Pricing is per website and starts free, because we would rather you see the assistant answer your own customers before you pay anything. There is no sales call and no demo booking form.
